Question: NEED to lose 10-15 pounds by april 30 for prom? Please help?
I have been on the same exercise routine for two months now, and didly squat his happened.
4-5 days of the week i go to the gym and either run 3 miles or swim for 45 minutes.
i eat 3 balanced meals a day and occasionally one desert.
usually its:
breakfast- cinnamon toast crunch or veggie sausage patty on a mini bagel
lunch: sandwhich with white american and veggie turkey. pringles and carrots.
dinner: varies but this week it's been spegetti and watermelon, veggie burger and asparagus, and tonight is veggie buffalo wings and bread and watermelon.
i am not seeing any results. i feel like i am working hard at the gym, but i go prom dress shopping in two weeks and i need to at least be down five pounds.

the weight is all in the tummy. im 5'3 (almost!) and 133. i have big boobs and medium thighs. my upper tummy is fine but the lower not so much. i do abs maybe three times a week and splits everynight. suggestions? thank you

ive been on a diet since the beginning of jan and ive lost almost 10 lbs already.u should keep up with ur work outs.keep a food diary to keep track of how many calories u intake for the day,i know its annoying but it really does help.and also u need to learn portion control.and if ur really desperate i would say eat fruits and vegetables as snacks instead of other foods



Hey, I tell you awhile back I was in your shoes and if I had have to do another situp or crunch I think I might have cried but a guy a my gym told me the truth about abs and since then I've never been happier.

Drop all the carbs. You wont BELIEVE how fast you will loose weight. this isn't long term but it's perfect for a goal.

If you can't handle atkins, try swapping all white carbs for brown, drop sandwiches totally! eat salads and soups instead.
