Crunches Yes - But look at youtube under how to do different types of Crunches, - TIP the last one you want to do in the set of 25 each or 50 depending on how tough of a pain your looking for. Do The Bicycle for 50 seconds straight... itll burn so bad but trust me youll be cut like ****.

P90x without a doubt, i have been doing it for over 400 days straight now.It is the hardest most intense workout you will ever experience and it's all done in your own home. crunches definitely and try holding your legs straight out while laying on your back- supposed to help with lower abs, and make it daily
eat protien shakess and do massive amounts of crunches and sit ups(:
oh yeah and if your not skinny enough you wont see them
P90x - ab ripper x will WORK YA. Only 16 minutes, but it's intense, and it does work.
