Question: HOW CAN I LOSE 90 POUNDS IN 4 MONTHS? 10 POINTS?
I'm 228 i want to be 138 by june what should i do? i started doing crunches & squats regularly & getting on the treadmill for 20 mins i lose 148 calories today i'm gonna add up 5 mins on the treadmill every time i go & i eat 2 salads a day & fruits & granola bar for break fest i really don't like eating much anymore so is this a good idea? & i'm starting softball & swimming soon so what do you guys think? mature answers please & thank you

90 pounds in 4 months is a very lofty goal. You could accomplish it but you would have to exercise many hours per day. I would try to stick with losing 3-4 pounds a week. Make sure you do some type of lifting exercises to help gain muscle. Muscle will help you burn calories and fat.

if you lose that much in 4 months chances are you will gain most if it back on. 2 lbs a week is the best way to keep it off and healthiest way. good luck :)



eat heathly ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!! and dont eat out alot cuz u never know what they put in ur food. but u are working out so thats good so keep it up and dont stop!!
