Does a fat burning or cardio session slow down the muscle growth from a previous!

Question: Does a fat burning or cardio session slow down the muscle growth from a previous weights session?
So I've been doing about 2 or 3 weight sessions per week. Trying to build up my upper body to gain a bit of muscle mass. I've also been doing some plyometrics which involves a lot of squats and jumps and leg presses. At the same time I am also eating normally with high protein and I have gained about 8 lbs in about 2-3 weeks! But I'm worried that this mostly fat so I wanna do some fat burning cardio exercises now.

So what I want to know is if I do solid cardio (like running 2-3 miles) on my off days (when I dont do weights) will this slow down my muscle growth? Any other advice for me?

Answers:

hi, I have been having a weight problem for so many years. I tried a ton of stuff but nothing worked. Till I stumpled upon these tips, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. There was little change for the first 2 weeks, but I was feeling good. After dropping that initial weight, which was so uplifting, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I can't remember that last time I was this light.
