how to make your legs skinny without building alot of muscle?!


Question: How to make your legs skinny without building alot of muscle?
im a 15 year old female and i build muscle realy easy on my legs and i just wants skinny legs can you please tell me exercises and foods that will help me with that?
oh and also i realy want to know foods that are healthy and alot of exercises and mabey even a daily plan ok thanks :D

my legs are toned but I want skinnier calves they are too muscular for my liking
