How can I lose 20 pounds in 2 months?!


Question: How can I lose 20 pounds in 2 months?
I do online schooling, so I am sitting like all day. I really enjoying going on walks.
I'm gonna start eating kashi go lean cereal in the mornings and salad with meats in it for lunch and dinner. No dressings. Atleast 4 glasses of water each day. And yoplait light yogurt for snacks.
So I want to know how long i should walk per day to lose 20 lbs in 2 months? Oh and I'm 5'3" and weigh like 150 lbs :( ... Please only serious answers.

Hi Kat,

Yeah, doing walking for exercise is good. Something else you can do to is eat 3 to 4 times a day to prevent hunger. You want to eat raw fruits and vegetables. This will help you to burn fat fast. The raw fruits and vegetables also will help you to remove toxins from your blood and this will help you to flush out the fat from your body's cells.

Drinking water is also good. You mentioned only four glasses a day. Up that to 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Water is the best thing for speeding up your metabolism rate. Also, stay away from dairy and wheat products. Because these will actually make you store fat.

10 miles a day? You can only lose a pound by doing like 20 or maybe 30 miles of walking. You need to start running instead. Also, if you eat yoplait a lot for snacks, then this can be bad because they have quite a lot amount of sugars. 4 glasses of water is actually not enough for your body, unless a glass you are talking about is 16-20 ounces which is like a water bottle or bigger. Losing 20 pounds in 2 months is really hard, but I lost like 13-15 pounds in 2 1/2 months. I jog like 10-15 miles a week and plus tons of walking while doing my errands. I try not to eat after 8pm. I eat like 3 light meals everyday. By light meals, I mean about 350-550 calories. Also whenever i snack, I only eat fruits.



be cool and free from tension first,

1. avoid oily food.
2. at dinner eat porridge.
3. don`t have break fast before u do excercise any thing like to go for a long walk.
4. go for a small walk to get ur food be best digestion
5. you can also prefer to go to health clubs.

I am on this diet called the hcg diet and i have lost 18 lbs 4 inches in one month go to hcg1234.com. This is not an advertisement I swear this is the best thing ever. You must be focused and want to stick to it though.
