Question: How to lose a pound a day?
What would you do to lose a pound a day?
How much exercise should you do? how many miles should you run?
& how many calories should you take in?

Whatever people say, you shouldn't go under 1000 calories... It isn't healthy. I don't want to be a hater at all, I just simply don't want to see anyone getting hurt, or too skinny (you know that if you don't eat enough, it can cause heart failure...?).
I think that you should try a 30 minute workout per day. This will increase your muscle-mass, and decrease your body fat.
Eating lots of green foods (i.e. lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, celery, etc) is very healthy for the body. Eating a lot of fruit too helps.
They always tell you at places like weight watchers : You don't get fat by eating too many fruits and vegetables. So you can eat as many of those as you want. And I can guarantee that if you do the required exercise, you WILL lose weight!

eat healthy and exercise. At least 30 minutes but if you want to lose weight you need to do more. Also, your calorie count will depend on what your body needs based on how active you are and how much you weigh now. Try healthy, filling foods, and drink water instead of juice or pop!



For two days now, I've been eating less than 1000 calories and staying away from junk food COMPLETELY. I haven't exercised at all, and I've lost 1.5 pounds.
