Help I overate what should I do?!

Question: Help I overate what should I do?
I went to a pizza parlor and ordered a personal pepperoni and breadsticks. Little did I know the bread sticks platter was the size of a medium pizza! I ate the who thing because I was raised never to waste food.

I fee like making myself throw up just this once so I don't get fat or fasting throughout the rest of the day.

I know how you feel it's horrible when you feel like you've ruined your healthy eating but put it into perspective it was only one meal. Providing you pick yourself up and learn from it you'll be fine. I doubt you'll gain very much if anything at all. I had my brother to stay for a week a couple of weeks ago and I gave up healthy eating and was literally eating rubbish all week. I only gained a pound.
Whatever you do don't force yourself to throw up. It could be a slippery slope.
It will be fine just refocus and move on
