So is this a good exercise routine?!

Question: So is this a good exercise routine?
okay, so I am 14 years old, male, and im in good shape I think, im strong and run fast etc all that, but I still have some fat around my waist and lower abs. Its weird because from the midsection up im good, but the waist area just looks to wide to me. So I want to lose weight around there, and build tone some muscle as well. I have really limited supplies, only two 5 pound weights.
Strength:
-x50 Bicep Curls
-x50 runners pose with weights pulling back
-x25 pushups
Cardio:
50 Oblique twists
50 Jumping Jacks
100 Jump ropes
Abs:
40 Crunches
40 Leg raises
40-40 Side crunches (both sides)

5/7 days of the week.

Then I repeat that 2 more times. is this a good routine? Can I expect to see any results? Any tips? Should I replace some exercises with something else? Thank you in advance

Answers:

Yes its a good routine, just add more cardio.
to loose the fat up just eat a good diet and do 1 or 2 hrs of cardio a day(running, kick boxing, zumba, cycling, swimming, walking)
do strenght training no more then 45 mins a day every other day.
to build muscle in your mid section you can try these following exercises:
IN AND OUT
get in the push-up position and bring your feet in and out.these targets the lower abs
HIGH KNEES
alternate knees up to where your hips are..the higher the better.lean a little forward while doing this.. i believe this is a track exercise.
NO NAME?
lie down with your feet straight outand hands at side.bring feet up about 3 -5 inches. keep head and neck down.. hold for 45 seconds.

this video is a good routine for abs

hi, I've been having a weight problem for so long that it seemed hopeless. I used to take all kinds of products. Till I stumpled upon these tips, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was such a great experience, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I can't remember that last time I was this light. This is where I found the information: http://quickloseweighthome.tk
