are detox products a scam?!

yes. your body automatically does this al of the time. all you have to do is ear and hydrate properly. this means fiber, and lots of water. works for me. the myth of "15 lbs. of fecal matter" is just a myth. having done pre op flushes under a doctors care; i can assure you that they are stressful, uncomfortable, and make you feel weak. my surgeon said to never do any colon flush without a health reason given by a doctor. they are usually only done to clean the system before abdominal surgery. e.g, hernia or colon surgery.
