Has anyone had any luck using Apple Cider Vinegar to help lose weight?!
Question: Has anyone had any luck using Apple Cider Vinegar to help lose weight?
Anyone else do this and did you have good results? Thanks

ACV is a good way to add helpful oils and natural lubricants to your body's joints and cartilage as well as your colon, stomach acids, and help your bladder's muscle contractions when in use (important for elderly patients).
You're smart to start out small, and please try not to exceed 8 tablespoons a day.
The common "Hollywood diet" involved a glass of ACV, and is like taking a laxative which taxes your system for a quick, but painful and unhealthy weight loss.
As long as you have an improved diet and exercise with that amount, you should be fine with losing weight in a healthy manner.
Studies show that a few teaspoons of vinegar added to a meal lowers the glycemic index by 20-40%.
This may have a small but beneficial effect on appetite control, which in turn may (and it's a big may) help you lose weight a little more quickly... perhaps.
In and of itself however, apple cider vinegar will have no effect on weight loss.

ACV has proven health benefits as you know. Perhaps expecting a change after four days is a bit optimistic. I tried it for stiff joints and it really works, I am more active. I don't know about weight loss yet (four weeks) but I will be happy to loose some!
heard about it tried it no luck.
