I'm sick, but can I still lose weight?!

Question: I'm sick, but can I still lose weight?
I'm sick with a fever and can't work out for a day or two, but if I keep dieting and eating healthy, will I most likely gain or lose weight? thanks!

Answers:

Yes, you will probably lose some weight, but most people do when they are sick.

I agree with the first poster. Do not focus on your weight loss right now if you are sick. Just rest, drink fluids and recover. Then go back to your weight loss goals when you are better.

Gym rat and runner.

hi there, I had a weight situation for so long now that it seemed hopeless. I tried a ton of stuff but nothing worked. Until I found this website by accident, I had my doubts at first. I didn't see much result until 2 weeks later, but I felt great. After losing that initial weight, which was a real confident booster, I worked on developing good diet to maintain my result. I couldn't be happier. This is the place: http://fastloseweightcentral.tk

Don't work out. Relax, take the next 2 weeks off, and your body will thank you for it!

What you should do is rest. Exercising will not help you. Wait for your body to fight off the cold. Give it 7-10 days.
