Question: Workouts work outs work outs?
(Btw I know I have to watch what I eat as well and I personanly think I got that down) I just need help with the work outs!!!

This may seem odd but you are going to want to build muscle to slim down, when you get a stronger butt or abs, it increases your metabolism and thus you burn fat more efficiently and quickly when fueled properly. So I would suggest weight training twice a week and a 45min run twice a week as well. Even if you don't drop to 120, you will look like you are 120 just a little stronger, this will get rid of all your fat and make you look skinny and toned
hello, I had this weight problem for so many years. I tried so many products, nothing seem to work. Till a friend show me these tips, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose.
