Does anyone know of a good weight loss pill?!


Question: Does anyone know of a good weight loss pill?
I need a little help losing 15-20 pounds but I don't know if weight loss pilss really work?? I don't have time to go to the gym has often as I like because I work a lot. I also need something that's going to work pretty fast

- If there was a diet pill that worked, why aren't they using it on that "Biggest Loser" tv show?

- If there was a diet pill that worked, what will you do after you lose the fat? Are you going to keep taking the pill forever or do you think the fat will just magically stay gone?

- If there was a diet supplement that worked, why haven't the huge and powerful pharmaceutical companies marketed it?

You should be able to lose 15-20 pounds simply by modifying your eating habits. Here's all you have to do. Forget all the fad diets, myths and misinformation, and just plain bad advice you've learned in the past. Here's the only fat loss plan you need and it's approved the US National Institute of Health.

Eat a diet of varied, wholesome, and high quality foods such that your daily caloric intake is about 500 calories less than your daily caloric burn while keeping your macronutrient ratios at about 55/25/20 (%calories from carbs/fats/protein) and not doing anything to defeat the foregoing plan such as taking supplements, drinking alcohol, abusing drugs, using cleanses or emetics, etc. That's it. It's that simple.

It takes time to add fat and it takes time to lose it. Instead of wanting "fast" and thinking in terms of just losing fat you should be thinking it terms of the rest of your life which involves losing the fat and keeping it off. That means a lifestyle change. Until you do that, you'll just gain the fat back when you return to your old bad eating/drinking habits.

Diet pills are a waste of money. There are no shortcuts in losing weight. Eat real foods and move more. That's the only secret out there. And with all do respect, I work a ton of hours (14-16 hours a day most days of the week) and I always find time to go to the gym, or at least workout in my home. The no time to workout excuse is really just an excuse to be lazy. You can lose this weight, but it won't likely come off fast unless you resort to schemes that will only hurt you in the long run. Dedicate yourself to a lifestyle of healthy eating and living. That's how you'll permanently lose the 15-20 pounds and actually keep it off for good.



some diet pills can work but not on their own what they are is caffeine pills that give you more energy so your body will want to work out more. But there is also other variations of the pills like green tea extract which helps boost your metabolism. I no this because i use green tea extract and ill put a link to the one i use. I lost 20 lbs of fat but the only reason it worked was because i was lifting weights and doing at least a half hour of cardio after my workouts and taking green tea extract with my protein shakes. Also a good diet is needed for the pills to work more effectively.

Try drink a TON of water. Cut back on all the junk ex: chips, burgers, fries, pizza, candy, pop ect. You will be amazed with how much weight you will lose by that. I have never used diet pills because they cause irregular heart beats and I already have heart palpatations (sp?) Eat more veggies and fruit too. Good Luck!
