Question: Workouts work outs work outs?
I need workout that will help me lose weight in 5 months I weight 145 I wanna weigh 120 in five months it be sooooo awesome if I couls achieve thins goal by 2 month (going away for memorial weekend with the fam) but I know that's not gonna happen so I wanna lose weight for this summer 20-25 pounds in 5 months sounds realistic! Helpppp!! Please

(Btw I know I have to watch what I eat as well and I personanly think I got that down) I just need help with the work outs!!!

This may seem odd but you are going to want to build muscle to slim down, when you get a stronger butt or abs, it increases your metabolism and thus you burn fat more efficiently and quickly when fueled properly. So I would suggest weight training twice a week and a 45min run twice a week as well. Even if you don't drop to 120, you will look like you are 120 just a little stronger, this will get rid of all your fat and make you look skinny and toned
