Question: I am training for a marathon and I am lifting weights. I wanna become big ?
I know running cuts down muscle. So what should I do so that I can continue to run five miles or so 3 times a week with a longer 10 plus mile run one day and still get toned. Thank you very much for answering.

Answers:

You're not gonna get huge while training for a marathon. All that running will burn muscle.
Just make sure you eat a lot of protein/carbs.
