Answers:

It depends upon the size of your meals.

The thing is, the more frequently you eat (every 3 hours or so is good), the faster your metabolism becomes. If you go too long without food, your metabolism slows down because it fears entering a "starvation mode". It doesn't know where/when the next bit of fuel will be coming, so it reserves your energy, storing it as fat instead of burning it off.

When I started eating 5 small meals a day, I dropped 30 lbs within 3 months, without much more exercising than a nice brisk walk a few times a week.

Breakfast -
2 oz egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana

Snack -
2 oz tuna, an apple

Lunch -
2 oz chicken, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup veggies

Snack -
1 oz almonds, handful of baby carrots

Dinner -
2 oz of whatever protein, 1 cup veggies, 1/2 cup of a complex carb like rice or potatoes.

No dairy, no excess oil, no added salt, no refined sugar, and no simple carbs like bread or wheat pasta.

It really does work.

You must know what you're drinking and you just need to follow all the steps below and surely, you'll lose weight. Many overlook what they drink because they concentrate or watching only what they're eating to lose weight. =) The steps are not that hard so, it can really help you.

Weight loss Diet & Tips:

* Choose low-calorie foods. Avoid sweets, cakes (especially those with icing), ice cream, sweet desserts, candies, pies, and chocolates.

* Eat less fat. Avoid pork, fatty meat, skin (chicken and the like).

* Reduce salty foods and other similar foods.

* Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day between meals.

* Avoid tea, coffee, and alcohol. Alcoholic drinks are high-calorie beverages.

* Avoid milk shakes, chocolate drinks, soft drinks, sweetened juices.

* Increase fiber intake. This will make you feel full without gaining too much calories since fiber is bulky. It is also the weight controller’s best friend. Eat more leafy vegetables, whole grains, and fruits.

* Choose legumes, fish, poultry, and veal which contain less fat and cholesterol than pork and beef.

* Cook foods plainly. Avoid butter or fattening sauces.

* Eat regularly. Never skip any meal especially breakfast.

* Avoid in-between meals. Drink water instead.

* Eat good breakfast and lunch but have a light supper. If you plan to skip meal, choose supper instead of breakfast.

* Exercise regularly.

* Keep a record of your weight. Weight loss about 1 to 2 pounds a week is safe and considered reasonable.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,also, can add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to give more taste

There's no magic way to lose weight so I would do classes at your local leisure centre/health club in different forms of exercise. There will be lots on offer.
I'm not saying diets don't work but exercising is the only way you can actually get rid of fat, the diet part is going to be mainly about keeping your intakes of different types of food balanced as well as spreading them out. Look up your GDAs online perhaps? You'd be better at constructing your own diet to be honest - but keep eating fats, just less than before. GDAs are a great way to do it but to be comfortable with what you're letting yourself in for. is hould think you want to sort your own diet and exercise regime out though...
