the best workout routine is something that u do 4-5 days a week and it lasts 40-60 mins... training each muscle once a week....
id advise plenty of focus on deadlifts, bench pressses, and squats..

you know who Taylor Lautner is if not he is a 18 year old kid who use to be skinny as a tooth pick then in 9 mouths he got ripped to **** it wood take most guys 2 to 3 years to get his body but im sure u already herd off him here is how he did it

i have been doing all this for 3 mouths and god i put on more muscle in that 3 mouths then i did in 6 take a look at it there are also alot off other great workout tips on that site
