Any difference between proteins?!

Question: Any difference between proteins?
The powder ones works the same way as the natural ones?

Answers:

The main difference is how fast they are digested by the body. Something like Whey protein shakes will get digested very quickly, and therefore be avaliable for your muscles much faster. This is why straight after workouts people prefer to have something like a protein shake rather then eating a big steak. Steak is still good, but it take longer to digest, so the protein isn't avaliable as quickly.
Something like whey protein is just made from a dried milk by product, it's not like it's cooked up in a lab or something.

There's also a diffrence between the amino acids used to make up the different sorts of protein, but that's not really a major factor when it comes to dietry protein for exercise.

All protein is different whey protein powders are made to act faster than natural ones . It all depends on the source . Peanut butter protein and protein from milk are both slow acting while eggs and tuna are faster acting . It's better to take slower acting proteins before bed because it will slowly give your muscles protein in the most protein free time of the day.

Using a protein powder is good because it adds to how much protein your getting daily if your eating right and it's faster acting . Whey protein powder the best for post workout (after working out) muscle recovery

You've made all these questions about working out , this isn't the best place to find the answers .
