maybe a bad workout plan?!


Question: Maybe a bad workout plan?
so, i used to work out at home, doing crunches and pushups like a month ago, but i dropped it.. for random reasons.

now im getting back into it, and doing 40 pushups, and 40 crunches 2-3 times a day, im 15. about to be 16, and i weigh like 123-125 pounds... is this okay for me to do? lol. my biggesr fear is basically getting a hernia... but yeah. idk how common those are/easy to get =/

You will not get a hernia but you may get a sore back and you are also not making the most of your time. You want to be doing full body exercises that will work your core as well as revving up your metabolism. This is one good example to work the entire body, all the best

You won't get a hernia from doing situps...you are fine.
