Question: Is this a good diet to lose fat?
breakfast, 2 whole bread with turkey
lunch, something random at school
snack, apple
dinner, turkey, egg white, chicken sallad or some fish
Is this as good diet some tips?? should I add something?

hi, I was having this overweight situation for so many years. I tried so many products, nothing seem to work. Until a friend suggested this method, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I was feeling good.
