Have I eaten too much for today?!


Question: Have I eaten too much for today?
So, I'm on a diet. For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread.
It had turkey, cheese, mayo, lettuce and maybe mustard. Not completely sure. I got it from 7-eleven.
I had some frito lay's classic potato chips to accompany it. And also a small caramel frappe from McDonald's. I feel like I over did it today. I know I should eat healthy foods.
Did I eat too much for the day? What should I have for dinner, if anything?
I plan on doing some cardio(dance) after work for about 30-45 minutes.
Btw, I'm 25 y/o, 5'5ft tall, 172lbs trying to get down to 130lbs. Thanks!

Definitely not diet food at all. Anything pre made for a gas station...no no! And a frappe from mcdonalds...no no....chips...no... Have a salad for dinner.....and stick to a healthy menu...



I was hurt real bad in a car wreck long time ago when I got heavy and for years I tried to loose weight. I got to a crossroad so I listened to my body and did research. It was do or more pills(just to get thru the day)or give up. So I learn and found that in my case I ate dried frut and nuts all day but only eat till the pains go away. This is the hard part but I ate whatever I wanted for dinner.
I have been a size thirty eight for seven years. But since then for seven years I'm a size thirty. Good luck



If you are hungry, then the answer is no.

If you are not hungry, and feel like you are stuffed and ate too much, then the answer is yes.

All the other information is irrelevant.

Just eat when you are hungry, and not when the clock says it is time to eat, and you will be fine.

Eating 3 meals a day, just because you are supposed to eat at those times, is ridiculous.

No other species does that.



are you sure your on a diet? nothing that you ate today sounded healthy..it's not that you ate to much but you ate all the worst foods nothing healthy at all.



Yea that's not what I call dieting! you will get no where eating that rubbish.



By tomorrow, you will have gained ateast 10 pounds.. shame on you!
