Question: How accurate Cybex machine calorie burn is?
I go to the gym everyday and do 40 min cardio on Cybex. How accurate do you think Cybex shows burnt calories ?

+/- 15% at best. There are too many individual variations in digestive and mechanical efficiency to peg it any closer than that. You're far better off measuring the quality of your workouts by time, distance, and heart rate.
