33-27-34. Skinny, average or fat?!

Question: 33-27-34. Skinny, average or fat?
I'm 20 years old, female. Height: 5'4 Weight: 127 lbs

Answers:

Not fat, boyish shape. Check your circumferences, see what can be improved through intense workouts and aerobics like running. Check for midriff fat. Is your body muscular. If so, ignore, you are fine. If your fat ratio to total body mass is too high, then, reduce that, not the weight. Although, I would lose weight as well for my personal feeling of well being. Compare your weight now, with your high school normal weight. Is there a difference? Have you gained. If so, average the amount per annum. Let's say, you gained on the average one lb. per year since high school, third year. Well, consider what you would weigh at age 30, 40, 50, et al. That is the key. What is going on and your fat ratio or lean body ratio, your flexibility, endurance, the duration you can run, your speed, your ability to function, to reach, to do your hair, to move furniture, get to your job without fatigue. All this is more important than a guess from a stranger. You must evaluate yourself in your entirity.

Using BMI (body mass index) is a better way to find out it you are in your right weight category. A simple search on BMI can lead you to the simple calculations and advice. Good luck
