Why am I not hungry?(10 points)?!

Question: Why am I not hungry?(10 points)?
I usually get super hungry, and eat a lot. (I'm a teen) But lately I've been kind of down, and I'm eating barely anything. I've actually lost 4.2 pounds in 3 days because of it. I've been having flashbacks of childhood stuff from my past...and like, idk if that's why. The flashbacks are upsetting me, and they have before, but it's never been to the point where I'm just not hungry. Could that be why? /=

Hi, :)
I'm a teen too,15, when I was like 13 randomly I wasn't as hungry for like a month, then the next a ate like crazy! Then the next I barely ate again. And so on...

This still happens but it's more looked 3 months I eat crazy, then a month I barely eat.
We talked to my doctor about it he said it was normal to not feel hungry and if was just my hormones messing me. :P

So your fine, just make sure your not purposely starving yourself.

Im sorry about the flash backs though! :)

Hope I helped! :D

hello, I was having this same problem for ages that it was hopeless. I used to be a diet product nuts. Until a friend suggested this method, I was skeptical at first. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love myself again. After losing that first bit of weight, which was such a great experience, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I couldn't be happier. This is where I found the information: http://www.cyberloseweighttoday.tk

You may have depression, maybe you should see a doctor. Honestly, you sound depressed.

Maybe that could be it. Could it be because you are sick? If it gets worse tell somebody. Hope this helps!

Maybe you enjoy starving yourself... It is quite funnnn?
