Question: How to lose thigh fat inside a week and 3 days?
Hey Everyone, Me and my friends are going out next weekend and they are all wearing shorts, i dont have good thighs but i do have good legs from the knee down, my friends are all thin and one of them is curvy and she has really nice legs and thighs but she looks great in a pair of shorts, how can i lose weight on my thighs in 1 week ? im 14 and dont like my thighs :(
Also i am looking for a pair of shorts that arent expensive and could you also if you could send me a link of a girl who is a teen who is size 14 or 16 because i need ideas on what to wear, i really have no idea and im useless at chosing clothes for going out , thanks so much :)

Well, you can't.

You look fine.. just have fun. Do you really think your friends or anyone else for that matter is going to be looking at your thigh fat?

Or, buy longer shorts. Or don't wear shorts.

You could, for a longer term solution, start eating right and exercising regularly.. which would help your health in many more ways than simply losing some silly 'thigh fat'.

I know you're young, and superficial stuff like this seems important.. but seriously hun.. unless you're going in for some lipo, it wont go away in a week.



you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Hey I am a size 16 girl and I am 16 lol. I know I am chubby and I totally except it. I have been eating healthier and running on a daily basis and I feel way better, but I havent really lost weight so I totally understand you not liking your thighs I do not like mine. I do wear short shorts. I get the shorts at old navy that are 3 and half like leg length thing and they make my legs look good so I recommend getting them they are like 20 buck or so. So I hope this helps you :)
