Question: Is it possible to be really tired from exercising?

unless its very low intensity thats too long hun
heres some possible issues/solutions
>exercise in the morning
>break up your workout into two sessions
>working out gets your heart going. take atleast an hour post-workout to calm down before bed
>get more sleep
also could have to do with your diet
3 Hours, is a lot! And I mean a lot! You wake up tired because your muscles don't get to relax before you get to bed. Working out a lot is very, very dangerous. And you don't need to work out everyday. You shouldn't just blow off all your energy, you should work out part by part. For example, 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon, and 30 minutes before evening.
if you're completely out of breath and can't talk,then you over did it. A little out of breath is good and exercise until you are pleasantly tired:)
Get a scientifically sound program, you'r hurting your self.
Have at least one rest day btwn exercises and optimize your diet.
And 3 hrs is too long.
