Question: Wud i lose weight fast if i wore my sweat band all day, eat smaller meals and do a bit of squats and lunges?
i wud really like to make my thighs thicker and my butt bigger..i want to lose a few inches off of my waist but i dont want to starve myself..i think that wewaring a sweatband all day wud help with my diet but i'm not to sure..can some one help please!?!?!?!?

Wearing a sweat band will not help you lose weight one bit. If you want to lose weight you need to do a complete workout routine to work your entire body. You need to do a combination of cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. While doing your workout routines, you may add a leg workout that will shape your butt and legs to make them look bigger but not fatter.

What you can do is simple, take up sports which involve lots of leg training, so you will tone your lower figure. For your stomach, reduce the amount of sugar you intake, say eliminate pops and alcoholic beverages from your diet. That will help shrink your stomach, also try doing some sit up as well so it will help to tone the stomach area. Hope this helps
