Question: Still feel like I have low blood sugar after eating very healthy! Help!!!?
I ate barley soup with
carrots, peas, onions, cabbage, celery and parsley
felt tired 25-30 min after

then I had organic cocoa power tea
felt very tired after and during

now I just ate spinach and hummus
again feeling like I could sleep.

last time my glucose was tested at the doc, it was at 70.

Whats wrong with me?
