Using this diet I made up myself I lost 5 pounds in 2 days, and kept it off.
Breakfast- 3 scramble eggs. V8 juice. 1 slice of toast. 370 cals.
Lunch- 1 light non fat yogurt. 1 light string cheese. Carrots (as many as you like) vitamin water 0- 140 cals
Dinner - lean cuisine 320 average lean cuisine
Snack- Luna bar



Stop eating so much junk and start exercising.
