Question: Exactly what to eat and do to loose as much weight as possible?
Im 6 foot 16 and 255 pounds, what exactly do i eat each day to loose weight. Could someone tell me like EXACTLY what to eat and at what time during the day. Also how much exercise to do per day and what kinds. I wanna loose 100 pounds by nxt year or as soon as possible.
I have alot of friends that are girls and my bros tell me i could probs get a date really easy if i was skinny.

I've been chubby my entire life and lately its gotten worse, i wanna see how its like to be skinny...

Skinny is not the answer although your friends mean well.
What you want to do is turn the chub into lean muscle mass.
You do this by eating high protein and complex carbohydrates and laying off the white carbs and useless fatty foods.
You need to have 6 small meals a day, high in protien and low in fat.
Plus you need to do cardio excercise at least 1 hour a day 5 times a week.
If you are serious and want to lose the weight you need to change your eating habits and nutrition to loose it and keep it off.
