Question: Is 2 1/2 months enough time to get Beach ready?
Hi, I am going on vacation in the end of May and was wondering do I have enough time to get ready if I work out 6 times a week, I do pilates every morning ( 20 mins) and I workout to a Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, and to intervals on the treadmill which make me sweat a lot, and I am planning on adding in some extra exercises on my own, like some extra ab and leg exercises to help. I also have been eating well for the past 1 1/2 weeks. I stay away from sugar even though yesterday I did have a small piece of an oatmeal cookie, ( that I made for family) and I dont eat past 7, unless I am starving and I eat a piece of fruit. Will this be enough, to get me results, I am not fat, I weight 125 ( last time I checked) and I wana lose at least 10 pounds, Will this work?

10 pounds is deffinately possibe in 2.5 months, a safe weight loss weight is 0-2 pounds a week which translates to a 0-1000 calorie deffecit a day
