Is it OK to binge and purge just once?!

Question: Is it OK to binge and purge just once?
I went to a pizza parlor and ordered a personal pepperoni and breadsticks. Little did I know the bread sticks platter was the size of a medium pizza! I ate the who thing because I was raised never to waste food. I fee like making myself throw up just this once so I don't get fat or fasting throughout the rest of the day.

Answers:

"Just once" turns into just once more, just once more; and then you have an eating disorder on your hands. Try reconstructing your thoughts on wasting food; instead of eating it all at once or throwing it away, try storing it in the fridge or freezer---that way it's not wasting, or doing any harm to you physically or emotionally.

It's definitely ALRIGHT to binge once or even twice a week. It will not harm, trust me. You can have one cheat meal 2 days a week OR one whole cheat day, but try not to go overboard. I have one cheat day and it doesn't effect me much. It's usually on the weekend and sometimes I would have two cheat days, but I find it easier to get right back on track. The cheat days or meals you have actually motivate you to stay more on track :) You will feel a lot better after having what you've been craving for for days, and once you get back on track, you will feel that it's easier because there's nothing left for you to crave for. I hope this helps and don't feel bad. We all need cheat days/meals sometime.

not if it is junk foods..such as pizza.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

No, it isn't (ok to purge, that is) and you're not going to get fat from over eating one day. It's over eating consistently over a period of time that makes you gain weight. Just eat normally tomorrow.

Dont throw up. U wont get fat.. Unless u eat like that all the time. People go to buffets all the time and over eat its common,, just dont do it all the time .

No because even if you say it won't. It probably will turn into bulimia.
