How long do you think it will take me to get a six pack (no flexing)?!

Question: How long do you think it will take me to get a six pack (no flexing)?
hey im 14 years old
I do ab work outs everyday along with arm work outs
i run pretty often (i completed a half marathon in the fall in about 2 hours)
I can see the outline of a six pack when i flex but when i dont flex i can barely see anything :(
How long do you think its gonna take me to get a 6 pack which i can see without flexing?

Answers:

Everyone is different. I'll just give you my story and results. Like you I was already doing ab work-outs. Very mild though, and following the tips I'm going to give you below...3 good weeks is what it took me to develop DEFINITE 6 pack abs:

-drink plenty of water
-stay far from fat-sugar-sweets-fast foods
-don't eat after 7 pm
-eat 5 small meals including snacks(breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinne… snack with nuts, fruit or yogurt because this make you feel not hungry so you don't eat much in meals
-the main point is how many healthy meals we eat and how many calories we consume
-eat grilled and boiled foods(ex: grilled chicken/fish and boiled vegetables is a perfect dinner)
-drink green tea(this is really important because green tea extract speeds metabolism and so you burn more calories- 2-3 glasses of green tea per day is really necessary)
-by exercising you make all your body work and so burning calories. There are many good exercise programs that you can do easily at home. I don't like to go to the gym but you can read up on at home exercises checking out the source link or just looking it up on a search engine.
-eat well and burn more calories than you intake. And you can do both of these by dieting and exercising.

Good luck. You'll do it man.

im 17, and i've been working out and eating right for over a year now, i have an athletic toned body, i do extensive ab exercises every other day (You shouldn't do abs everyday, they need to recover from the day before) and i run 5 miles everyother day as well.
I still dont have a 6 pack. 100 sit ups a day wont do it, you need full body workouts, the right foods, etc. Theres no saying exactly how long it will take, but if your skinny it could happen pretty quickly.

your diet has to be good along with excercise
