Is it true that I will naturally lose my baby fat?!

Question: Is it true that I will naturally lose my baby fat?
It happened to my mom, my sister, my brother, and all my relatives in my mother's side. You see, i was really skinny and short when I was young and when I hit puberty (when i was 11) I grew about 1 foot. I'm about 5`7 now and I've gained about 50 pounds since then. I didn't do anything differently. I always ate super healthy and I exercise regularly because I play competitive volleyball. I eat very small portions often like 6 meals a day and I've been doing that since 11. But I still can't and couldn't lose weight.

My aunties and cousins and sister were all like me and they said they naturally lost weight at 16. I'm 14 now...do you think i'll lose the baby fat when i'm 16 as well? I have no idea how i got so fat! I weigh 160 pounds...my mom promises me it will happen naturally like it did for all of them because I've been eating super healthy. (no junk food, processed food, all organic veggies, fruits, and lean protein and no carb)

Answers:

Yes, It's true! I've always been tiny and skinny myself and when I hit puberty I gained a lot of weight and it all fell off! My brother is currently going through this stage himself and he has gained a lot of weight as well, and we have to keep reassuring him he'll lose it. Don't be worried about it, it's natural.

One secret to weight loss is the acai berry. It grows in the Amazon rainforrest and has been shown to speed up weight loss significantly. It's been featured on CBS, Oprah, Dr. Oz and many other shows. If you need help losing weight, do some research on it.
