Question: Does having a cheat day on your diet not a good thing or it is?
I go on a strict diet for about 6days. 2000calorie,(cutting phase) is it okay to take about 3000 Cal once a week? or would that screw my diet up. And how about on my bulking phase. is cheat day fine just once a week?

It's okay so long as you don't overdo it. Many people think they can stay within their limit on a cheat day, but it can be tough not to slip into a binge. A safer bet is to have a cheat "meal" instead of a whole day devoted to rebelling. Usually that is all you need anyways to satisfy that sweet tooth or french-fry craving.
