You won't keep it off, and it certainly isn't a good thing to keep up- but there are ways.

There are the various flushes, but I prefer the sacred heart diet. It's has the least damage to your system and was designed by doctors. Plus, it's tolerable and you don't feel like you're dying from starvation.

Use a search engine and look up the soup for the details. You can also eat any fruit or veggies you want while you're on the diet. A few out of the ordinary ones to try- roasted spaghetti squash, and portobello mushrooms. But I lost 12 lbs the first time I did it. Now I do it once a year to kind of cleanse my body of various toxins.



Each pound of fat lost is equivalent to 3,000 calories. Do the math to fit how many pounds you want to lose, then you'll know how much you should exercise. But keep in mind that this is only if you don't eat anything within those three days, which would be VERY unhealthy. So basically, it is near impossible to do. & I must advise you, if you plan on starving yourself, any weight you lose will only be water weight.
