Is it bad to eat too little for a day?!

Question: Is it bad to eat too little for a day?
I feel gross today (I'm on my period) so I really limited myself:

Breakfast: nutrigrain bar (120cal)
Lunch: Strawberry Fruit of the bottom
Yogurt (140cal) and oreo flavor 100 calorie pack (100cal)
Dinner: Chicken Parm Lean Cuisine (310cal)

So that's 670 calories.

I also walked on the treadmill in gym for 20mins, did 200crunches, 60 push ups, and spun flag for 2 hours.

Is this really really really bad??? (I'm 5'9 and 115lbs)

Answers:

No, it's not really really bad. It's quite normal for people to undereat occasionally and overeat other times (think Thanksgiving vs. a really stressful or busy day). One day of not eating a lot is not a big deal; it's when it gets paired with a negative body mentality and keeps recurring over and over into an eating disorder then it's a problem

Hey girl yeah this is unhealthy you need to add more calories to your diet and more protein. Listen given your height and weight you are already considered under weight. IF you are gonna work out for over 2 hours you need fuel (food) for your body. Do you usually limit your food intake like that? If so maybe you should consider talking to someone about what your going thru with the food.

No, that's fine.

It's bad to get into a habit of eating like that always or more regularly, but one day is ok. Try not to get into the habit of it! When you don't feel like eating, try and opt for healthier foods or more natural, filling foods.

you probably want a good bit more calories in your day, its not the end of the world though, your in very good shape from the statistics you gave so you don't need to worry about dieting so much if thats the reason you didn't eat much.

Yes, it slows down your metabolism so when you start eating again you will gain weight and it will be harder to lose, but hey, better to eat to little than to eat like a fat cow.
