How did I go from 117 to 112 pounds in just a few days?!


Question: How did I go from 117 to 112 pounds in just a few days?
I just started my diet, its a really healthy one to like around 1300 calories a day. I'm 5'2, 112 pounds now. But how come I shed that many pounds in just a matter of days? I eat vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, yogurt, nuts, etc.

I just wonder how that shed so fast, maybe water weight?

The only way I could say you could do that and it not be a completely unhealthy way to go is if you eat a lot of salt and don't drink water, start drinking about 10 glasses a day. As you drink the water, it will bind to sodium ions in the extracellular fluids of the body and be dispersed through urine and other body secretions. As the sodium/ water ration decreases, your total water retention will decrease Eating healthy might make you lose that much in a few days, but only if you weigh a lot to begin with, and trust me, you don't.



Congratulation for your spirit to have a diet. But be careful because if have diet without any guide, it will cause disaster to your body. just get some advice from doctor or others experience person on diet.

This is my suggestion on diet program. But you need 3 weeks to see large "different" on you.

Sorry, but this is not good for your body. The human body needs at least 1800 calories a day. I think you should focus more on what you eat and ess of how much you eat. Also exercise, is the best try it and even if you only do it for 5 minutes you will see results.
