Question: Am I a healthy weight? 10 points!!!?
Hello. I have been kinda big my whole life, but now I am starting to care about what I look like.

I am
14
6 feet, 4-5 inches tall
275 pounds
LARGE frame (like line-backer frame! for example my shoulders are between 21 and 22 inches from shoulder to shoulder)

I live and work on a farm, so I get a lot of laborious work, but I want to be able to run a marathon by the time I am 15. How should I train for one?

I have a feeling this is genetics and nothing really you can do about it. I'm pretty sure you are a healthy weight for your size but to make sure use a BMI calculator( it tells you what weight you should be for your height) Train by walking for 5 min then jog for 5 then run for 5 then walk for 3 min run jog for 3 min and run/ jog for a steady pace for 10 gradually reduce the time you walk and jog, and then go at a full run. eat foods like pasta, which give you a lot of energy.

Start eating healthy and run outside for at least an hour everyday and then add more time until you can run kilometers like in a marathon and yes I think you are overweight but check with your doctor first because there's is mass, bones factors about the weight
