Sunflower seeds vs Peanuts?!

Question: Sunflower seeds vs Peanuts?
I make my own trail mix as a healthy snack alternative to processed junk, replacing peanuts with sunflower seeds. What are your thoughts on that?

Answers:

I think that's a great alternative. Sunflower seeds have the highest natural source of vitamin E. I highly recommend raw sprouted sunflower seeds.
