Is doing 2hrs of cardio a day plus 1 day of muscle training each day bad for you!


Question: Is doing 2hrs of cardio a day plus 1 day of muscle training each day bad for you?
I only take 1 day off for rest. I'm not sure if I should keep up with 2hrs of cardio 6 days a week. It's not that I can't, it's just that I feel like it's too harmful for my body: I'm trying to lose between 50-70 pounds in time for college in the fall. Any tips?

i think you're going a little overboard. its great your working out, but i would only have a few extreme days where you work out for 2 hours. 2 hours is a long time for your body to handle. i would maybe cut it down to an hour at least 4 times a week, and then do weight training. you dont want to hurt yourself or overwork our body.
