Question: Is it possible for me to lose 60 pounds by June?
Im 14 and I weigh 160 pounds..Is it possible for me to lose about 60 pounds in like 3 months?

Answers:

Yes you can, but it takes dedication. Everyday run, if you have bad cardio start of slowly. But make sure you run everyday. At least a 4 mile run. Eat good nutrition, make sure you eat right. Eat a lot of greens and fruits, stay away from calories. If you get hungry and you've already ate then go drink some water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Mostly dedication. If you want a little push, Use Hydroxycut. I don't highly recommend it though, but it might give you a little boost.



Losing weight to fast is unhealthy, also it keeps you in a up and down weight gaining cycle.
To safely lose weight and keep it off you need a plan.

The problem is that you will lose a few pounds quickly, but then your metabolism will slow down. You have to continuously change the intensity and duration of your exercises and your diet. You might lose several pounds from now until June, but I think that 60 pounds in a few months is too much.

otherwise, you can really only lose 20-30 lbs.
How tall are you though? I don't get why 100 lbs is this magical weight number. Unless you're under 4'11, 100 lbs is actually underweight.
