Question: Ok i am too skinny and would like to gain some weight. How would i do that? i already eat alot.?
i am 30 yrs old just had twins 7.ths ago and always been at 125 before preg. Now i am 96pds 7mths after having my twins and it seems i am dropping weight really fast every wk i lose another 2 pds and i eat alot and nothing ever heathly either. So now sure what else to do i look so gross in the mirror, i want to go bk to 125pds againn so plz no mean answers.

Do not eat alot , is like an exercise routine of calories. For exercise routine , is like an example of taking 1800 calories per day and burning 1900 calories but in gaining weight , you just burn 1700 calories. Eating alot doesn't help without exercise. Or the fastest way of getting the weight is to take pills but it may have allergies in the ingredients or side effects. Or the worst possible thing is they don't work and you waste money.

If your losing that much weight you should go to the doctor because you could have a physical condition. Like a thyroid problem, or something worse. If you don't have any health problems then eat a lot of potatoes, bread and cheese. But if I were you I would go to the doctor and get blood work done because you shouldn't be loosing that much weight.
