Question: Is my diet still good if I eat at least 5 portions of fruit, but no vegetables?
Fruit have sugar, so they add to calories. Vegs contain important minerals and vitamins and very little callories. Easting vegs make you feel "full" without making you fat.
It is recommended to fit vegs in your diet. Add a salad to your main dishes, while taking out some carbohidrates.
I'm not a dietician, but I say this from my own personal experience and diet plan (reduced 18 pounds in 9 weeks).
