How much extra weight makes someone look muscular?!

Question: How much extra weight makes someone look muscular?
Lets pretend that every one is within their bmi. How much extra weight on average would make a person look "buff"? Just to clarify, I don't mean having a lower fat content so that you can see all the cut and corners of your anatomy.I mean "buff" as in having a healthy amount of fat a greater amount of muscle.

hi, I was having a weight issue for a long time that it seemed hopeless. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. Till I found this site, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was quite uplifting, I worked on developing good diet to keep off the weight. I feel great!. This is the site: ultraloseweightfocus.tk
