How much extra weight makes someone look muscular?!

Question: How much extra weight makes someone look muscular?
Lets pretend that every one is within their bmi. How much extra weight on average would make a person look "buff"? Just to clarify, I don't mean having a lower fat content so that you can see all the cut and corners of your anatomy.I mean "buff" as in having a healthy amount of fat a greater amount of muscle.


depends on someones frame..
for someone smaller.. and lighter.. 5 -8 lbs even will be a difference..

for someone bigger... 10-15lbs usually

train 4-5 days a week for 40-60 mins lifting heavy..
and increase your calorie intake

hi, I was having a weight issue for a long time that it seemed hopeless. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. Till I found this site, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I felt great.
