can i lose weight if i only eat..?!


Question: Can i lose weight if i only eat..?
salads, weight control oatmeal, eggs, wheat bread, and kashi cereal? please NO rude answers and NO spam. thanks.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Try drinking 16 oz of water before each meal because it will make you full therefore you eat less, also try taking bananas cut 1 up and put it in the blender with 3 tablespoons of milk it taste pretty good and it's good for you, also try 6 little meals a day because it's better for you!

oatmeal is a wonderful food for weight loss. :) so is broccoli and fruits, especially blueberries, melon and banana's as they'll give you energy.
if you eat the food you suggested in moderate amounts, keep it low-fat and stay active, you'll definitely lose weight, yes. <3



You can lose weight if you eat anything, it just depends on the amount. Remember to exercise as well, otherwise dieting is kinda useless. Maybe jog a mile or two or something.
