Question: Weight-Loss Foods For Lunch?
For Breakfast - Eggs or bread w/ yogurt

For Lunch - ?

For Dinner - White Rice + White Chicken with one spoonful of non-dairy yogurt.

I want to lose buttocks fat, so what weight-loss foods should I have for lunch?

Answers:

A lot of raw vegetables, very small amounts of dressing. Most fish and chicken is good if you don't fry/batter it.



a fruit, serving of veggies and a protein. If you can't reheat last night dinner then maybe a protein bar.
