What would happen if...?!


Question: What would happen if...?
How much weight would I lose if I ate only fruits and vegetables and drank at least 72 oz of water a day for a week?

Answers:

Look at the flip side to this. IF you followed your suggestion for weight loss, what would happen after the week? You go back eating like you did and guess what happens? The weight goes back on.

The problem with only fruits and veggies is that you have no protein, no carbs . . no balance. I would scale back on what you eat but eat often and healthy. Add lots of water and exercise. Much healthier way to go, plus it will stay off for the long haul.



Terrible Idea.

You will be burning lots of calories and urinating a lot which is very healthy. You'll be on a cleansing program GOOD JOB!
